Week 15 &16: Lip Sync

Some lip sync! Still needs work but the more successful of 2 I attempted- the first one is not even blog worthy yet! I think the mouth shapes still need to be smoothed out, but we were advised that the point is to get the body language right so any feedback on that would be really appreciated.

I'm a 3D Artist with experience working in feature films and commercials.

I have worked in special effects, at Double Negative Visual Effects and The Moving Picture Company for films such as Harry Potter, Clash of the Titans, 10 000BC and Cloverfield. A full filmography can be found on the IMDB link above. I am currently working at Cinesite London on Andrew Stanton's latest film as a Layout Artist.

I also have experience working for high profile clients such as Santander, Nike, Comfort and Orangina with The Mill's London Commercials Team. I have undertaken various generalist roles here, covering tracking, layout, animation, modelling, texturing and rendering, including stereoscopic work.

I was fortunate enough to be able to pass on some of my experience gained to University students at Chiang Mai University, Thailand as part of a British Council initiative. I have also worked as a Maya demonstrator for Character Animation students at Kingston University, UK.

My postgraduate study was in Character Animation where I gained a Postgraduate Diploma from Central St Martins in London in 2008. My undergraduate study was in Bournemouth where I graduated from the BA Computer Visualisation & Animation at the NCCA in 2006. I have undertaken numerous life drawing courses, including Life Drawing for Animators run by Central St Martins and animation classes run by an animation director with ten years experience at Disney.
