Santander Advert

It's been agessss since I updated this! Mostly because I've been busy working! I thought I'd post a link to an advert I worked on that is now being aired. This Santander advert was made at The Mill's Commercials Department where I am really enjoying working. For the Santander job I did camera tracking and a bit of modelling of the props, notably the bicycle. I have also had training in Softimage XSI and am currently completing another commercial campaign purely in XSI that I hope to post on here soon! It's been a learning curve but really fun! Enjoy :)

I'm planning on getting an updated showreel on here soon...when I have some spare time and when I get hold of my shots from Clash of The Titans, Robin Hood and Percy Jackson so watch this space!

I'm a 3D Artist with experience working in feature films and commercials.

I have worked in special effects, at Double Negative Visual Effects and The Moving Picture Company for films such as Harry Potter, Clash of the Titans, 10 000BC and Cloverfield. A full filmography can be found on the IMDB link above. I am currently working at Cinesite London on Andrew Stanton's latest film as a Layout Artist.

I also have experience working for high profile clients such as Santander, Nike, Comfort and Orangina with The Mill's London Commercials Team. I have undertaken various generalist roles here, covering tracking, layout, animation, modelling, texturing and rendering, including stereoscopic work.

I was fortunate enough to be able to pass on some of my experience gained to University students at Chiang Mai University, Thailand as part of a British Council initiative. I have also worked as a Maya demonstrator for Character Animation students at Kingston University, UK.

My postgraduate study was in Character Animation where I gained a Postgraduate Diploma from Central St Martins in London in 2008. My undergraduate study was in Bournemouth where I graduated from the BA Computer Visualisation & Animation at the NCCA in 2006. I have undertaken numerous life drawing courses, including Life Drawing for Animators run by Central St Martins and animation classes run by an animation director with ten years experience at Disney.
